The name Mu'izz is not specifically mentioned as a Beautiful Name in the Qur'ān. However, "Al Mu`izz" conveys the meaning of: the One Who honors whomsoever He pleases from among His servants. Linguistically, Mu'izz comes from the root '-z-z which in classical Arabic means: (1) to be honorable, noble, glorious, illustrious. (2) to be indomitable, invincible, (3) to be respected, cherished, (4) to be high, elevated, noble, exalted.
For example see the 10th verse of Surah 35 Fatir:
مَن كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْعِزَّةَ فَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ يَمْكُرُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ ۖ وَمَكْرُ أُولَٰئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ
"Whoever desires honor, to Allah belongs the honor all of it. To Him do the good words ascend, and the good deeds He raises; (as for) those who plan an evil plan, they shall have a severe chastisement, (as for) their plan, it shall surely perish".
That is the real and enduring honor, which can never suffer debasement, can be attained only through service of Allah. If you (O' Muhammad) turn sincerely and faithfully to Allah, you will attain it. And if you turn away from Him, you are bound to live an abject and wretched life. This is the real means of attaining the honor.
Likewise the verse 26th of Surah 3 Al-i'Imran:
قُلِ اللّٰهُمَّ مٰلِكَ الۡمُلۡكِ تُؤۡتِى الۡمُلۡكَ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتَنۡزِعُ الۡمُلۡكَ مِمَّنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنۡ تَشَآءُ ؕ بِيَدِكَ الۡخَيۡرُؕ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ
(3:26) Say: 'O Allah, Lord of all dominion! You give dominion to whom You will, and take away dominion from whom You will, and You exalt whom You will, and abase whom You will. In Your Hand is all good. Surely You are All-Powerful.
Another attribute of Allah Al' Azīz (mighty) is also from this same '-z-z root. While Mu'izz (honorer) is similar to, but much more more intensive and glorious than, Ar Rāfi' (uplifter).
